Single Wing Fire Doors.

The front and rear surfaces of the fire-rated door leaf are manufactured from galvanized steel or cold-rolled steel sheet. The door leaf has a thickness of 58 mm and contains gypsum boards, rock wool insulation and omega-shaped steel reinforcement profiles between its outer panels. The fire door frame features adjustable spring-loaded hinges that enable the door to close automatically. The frame is manufactured from 1.50 mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet. Depending on the wall thickness, it can be produced with adjustable architraves, as a clamp-fit frame or as a three-sided closed frame. Available frame configurations include corner frames and full frames. Our fire doors are equipped with cold smoke seals and heat-activated intumescent seals. The doors are finished with fire-resistant electrostatic powder coating and can be painted in the preferred RAL colour. Panic bars are available as either surface-mounted or mortised systems.

Fire Door Features

• Fire doors can be manufactured in standard sizes or custom-made to suit specific opening dimensions and project requirements.
• All fire doors are finished with a durable electrostatic powder coating.
• Doors can be painted in the preferred RAL colour. Different colours may be applied to the frame and door leaf, while the front and rear surfaces of the leaf can also be finished in separate colours upon request.
• Galvanized steel sheets are used for the door frame and leaf to help prevent corrosion and surface deterioration.
• The door leaf is manufactured from 0.80 mm thick steel sheet, while the frame is manufactured from 1.50 mm thick steel sheet.
• Rock wool insulation positioned between two gypsum boards is used as the internal filling material.
• The use of gypsum boards improves impact resistance and can help extend the door’s fire-resistance performance.
• Omega-shaped steel reinforcement profiles are incorporated into the internal structure of the door leaf.
• Additional steel reinforcement plates are installed in critical areas, particularly where panic bars will be mounted.
• The adjustable door frame can be manufactured as either a half-frame or full-frame configuration.
• Spring-loaded and ball-bearing hinges are used. Doors fitted with spring-loaded hinges do not require a separate door closer, offering a practical and cost-effective solution.
• Door frames are fitted with dust seals. Optional air and acoustic insulation seals are also available.
• Both mortised and surface-mounted panic bar systems can be installed on fire doors.
• An external lever handle can be added upon request. Doors are also available with an anti-panic locking system.
• With the anti-panic locking system, the panic bar remains operational from the inside even when the external handle side is locked.
• For double-leaf fire doors, the panic bar can be combined with a concealed flush bolt on the inactive leaf, or panic bars can be installed on both leaves.
• The doors have been tested in accordance with the EN 1634-1 standard and have achieved EI120 certification based on the test results.
• Fire-resistant glazing can be incorporated into the door leaf. Glass dimensions can be customised, with vision panels and round porthole windows being among the most commonly preferred options.
